At the Hemphill Residence we took their unused basement that was just dirt and concrete and transformed it into a cozy play room for their grand kids. This involved building a floors, framing new walls, hanging Sheetrock, installing an ac unit, installing hardwood floors, and painting.we were able to turn this unusable area into the main gathering area of the house.
